The service we provide is called something different by every client we have depending on where you come from. Some call us a property manager—but we find this term misleading because in San Diego a property manager handles a rental investment property and spends the majority of their time dealing with tenants, tenant evaluation, & tenant issues. Our service is for any residential property except those with tenants. We cater to homeowners who use their property, and don’t want to bother with the routine maintenance & similar ‘annoying’ items. Some examples of names for our service: house manager, home manager, estate manager, asset manager, 2nd home manager, second home manager, caretaker, property manager.
